One of the most crucial elements of this lesson is to catch the vision of that leader and run with it in order to make them successful. As a fellow Creative, I recognize the fact that just as much as we think outside the box or think up things just to the left of normal, when can really make the mistake of getting off track; getting away from the natural ebb and flow of those whose ministries we are supporting. If we're not careful, we can begin to create what and how we think things should be...forgetting that this thing is not ours; this is not ours to run.
To battle this, you must fully be aware of the direction your leader is headed. Where is the ministry going? What are the goals? What are the clarified wins? What direction is the Lord leading your leader to go? Without these answers, you may be creating your way outside the will of God.
Get fully under your leadership. Love on them. Encourage them. Build relationship with them. Learn to flow with them. Eventually, you'll start to catch the vision. You'll begin to know the WHAT and understand the WHY. You'll begin to talk like them. And maybe even dress like em!
